What you'll do

  • Prepare and serve food items with precision and care, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha and Micros, to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Engage with customers, providing outstanding service while upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or fast food restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
  • Experience using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
