Essential Duties:
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of electricians, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Project Oversight: Manage and supervise electrical service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their electrical service needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
- Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of service projects, including estimating costs, managing expenses, and achieving profitability targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as HVAC and plumbing, to provide comprehensive service solutions to clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in electrical service management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing service operations.
- Licensing: Valid Texas Master Electrician license; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in project management and budgeting.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certifications in electrical services are advantageous.
