Director, Electric Projects and Programs

As a Director at ENTRUST Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of managing multiple large-scale Electric Distribution projects across diverse scopes. You'll lead teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure that every project meets performance goals—from budgets and schedules to quality and client satisfaction.

Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Lead and oversee electric distribution design projects, ensuring they meet internal and client-defined performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers, engineers, and technical leads.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans for your region.
• Forecast revenue, track project health, and ensure quality control across all deliverables.
• Support talent development by identifying training needs and helping team members grow.
• Participate in client presentations, proposal development, and sales efforts.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across business units to deliver the best project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HR, safety, IT, and project-specific policies.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset. You'll need:

• 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the electric utility industry.
• Experience managing engineering projects in the electric sector, ideally within a utility or consulting firm.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive results.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for listening and problem-solving.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients.
• Solid understanding of project financials, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management practices.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Must reside in or around San Antonio

This role provides you with a mix of working from home and working in office or on site with our clients, staying actively connected to your team, projects and clients.
