Transdev is hiring an HR Operations Specialist in San Francisco, CA

We're seeking a detail-oriented HR People Operations Specialist to support a wide range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role manages HR systems, ensures data accuracy, supports HR policies and compliance, and drives employee engagement & retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and audit HRIS data (new hires, terminations, pay changes).
  • Administer leaves, benefits, and ensure policy compliance (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
  • Support very large and fast-growing front-line workforce
  • Support payroll processes, reporting, and data integrity across systems.
  • Develop HR dashboards and analyze data to inform workforce decisions.
  • Lead internal communication and engagement strategies to enhance culture.
  • Advise employees and leaders on HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement HR projects and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong Excel/data analysis and HRIS proficiency.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience mentoring HR staff is a plus.
