CarePartners Senior Living is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth at our Queen Anne community in Seattle. We're a locally owned and operated senior living company dedicated to providing affordable, quality care — and we believe in rewarding performance.

We offer a progressive compensation structure with no upper limit on commission and hands-on support from leadership. You won't find a more collaborative or empowering environment in this industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community professionals
  • Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close move-ins
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Partner with internal marketing teams to create and implement outreach campaigns
  • Track leads and manage data using CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
  • Represent CarePartners Senior Living with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in senior living sales or marketing (Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $110, $150,000.00 per year
