About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Representative to expand our referral network by building relationships with physicians, attorneys, and healthcare professionals. This is a part-time, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys networking, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

You'll represent our brand in the community, educate potential referral sources on our services, and drive new patient referrals across a 50-mile radius of Northern Washington-DC.

What You'll Do

  • Visit physician and attorney offices weekly

  • Build relationships with doctors and legal teams

  • Promote physical therapy services

Represent Innovative at local events and community functions

What You'll Need

  • 1+ year of outside sales (Preferred) & Healthcare knowledge

  • Prior healthcare business development experience / or knowledge of healthcare terminology

  • Reliable transportation and comfort traveling locally

  • Strong people skills — you enjoy networking and relationship-building

Interest in physical therapy

Compensation

  • This role is 100% commission-based, with earnings tied directly to referral performance.
