Health Access Solutions is building a
data-driven foundation
to support the rapid growth of our sales, member services, and client success organization. We're seeking a
Business Analyst
who can help shape the operational backbone of the company — turning complexity into streamlined processes, actionable insights, and scalable systems.

This is a hands-on role that blends
data analysis
,
process automation
, and
operational support
. You'll work cross-functionally to build dashboards, maintain and optimize workflows, troubleshoot internal systems, and enhance our infrastructure in Zoho CRM, Analytics, and more. Your work will enable client-facing and internal teams to focus on high-value activities and equip leadership with the data they need to make informed decisions.

Primary Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics

· Build and maintain
data dashboards and reports
to provide real-time visibility into business metrics, sales performance, and operational KPIs

· Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and support account and member services teams

· Help define and track KPIs tied to growth, efficiency, and client success

Process Automation & Optimization

· Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, including compliance document generation and other operational tasks

· Streamline documentation, reporting, and task tracking processes across sales and operations teams

· Partner with team leads to improve process efficiency and scalability across multiple departments

Internal Systems & Infrastructure

· Support and maintain key business systems and tools, including
Zoho CRM
— troubleshooting issues, building new functions, and optimizing existing configurations

· Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements that improve usability and reliability

· Develop internal documentation, training materials, and processes to support sustainable growth of operational infrastructure

Strategic Support

· Partner with account executives and other team members to provide
timely data analysis
for onboarding, renewals, and performance reporting

· Collaborate with leadership to
identify process gaps and design scalable solutions

· Play a key role in the transition from Excel-based workflows to CRM-driven automation

· Provide strategic back up support for key internal teams to meet seasonal demand at peak

· Collaborate with our external IT Help Desk partner to analyze support trends, streamline issue resolution, and recommend system or workflow enhancements for internal teams

Qualifications

· years of experience in
business analysis, operations, or data analytics
(healthcare or benefits preferred)

· Strong skills in
data visualization and reporting tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, CRM dashboards)

· Experience with
process automation
, workflow optimization, and cross-functional support

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

· Familiarity with healthcare or benefits administration

· Experience with Zoho CRM
, Zoho Analytics, SharePoint, or similar platforms

· Background in compliance documentation or other regulated industries

· Business degree or similar; Graduate degree is a plus
