Position Summary
CVS Health's Finance organization is undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance processes, systems, and business partnerships. As a Finance Systems and Operations Senior Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. This role bridges Finance and IT, helping ensure system changes are effectively delivered, understood, and adopted across the organization.
You will support end users, assist with issue resolution, contribute to enhancement deployments, and help drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance or accounting, technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
System Support & Transformation Execution:
- Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT to support SAP S/4HANA transformation efforts.
- Respond to end user inquiries and troubleshoot system errors in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in defect resolution and deployment of system enhancements.
- Assist in onboarding new finance users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Training & Change Management
- Support change management initiatives related to system migration and process transformation including, but not limited to, development of training materials.
- Help drive user adoption and understanding of SAP S/4HANA and latest SAP technology within the Finance organization.
System Optimization & Strategy
- Assess new SAP capabilities and recommend opportunities for enterprise-wide consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams dedicated to the transformation program to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support key controls and compliance activities related to SAP S/4HANA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems.
- Minimum 3 years working SAP ERP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex systems.
- Proven organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in corporate finance, accounting, or project management.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA platform and related tools.
- Exposure to transformation or change management initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is
$46, $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
