We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Industry Lead to drive Slalom's growth in the Public & Social Impact sector, from state and local government to education and nonprofits.
What You'll Do
- Set the vision for and lead the direction of the global Public & Social Impact industry at Slalom; establish industry targets and develop overall industry strategy.
- Partner with account leaders across markets to develop growth plans and drive accountability to achieve targets.
- Advise clients on initiatives and technology transformations, working with executive leaders to understand key drivers, define strategic needs, and develop future capabilities leveraging industry best practices.
- Develop and grow our PSI community, cultivate our experts, and expand industry offerings, curating compelling success stories.
- Ensure the synergy between business processes, technology, data, and people to drive performance across public and social enterprises.
- Drive connections and strategy with our Global Partners to best serve our PSI clients collaboratively.
- Serve as a leader within our Global Industry Community and steward of Slalom's core values, demonstrating a daily growth mindset and passion for people.
- Contribute to business development and solutioning conversations across multiple Slalom markets & clients, specifically focusing on public and social impact sectors.

Account Leadership
At least 10 years of experience working in the PSI industry, including state and local government, education and nonprofits.
- Expert and C-level relevant experience in multiple functional areas within the PSI Industry.
- 10+ years' experience working in the consulting services industry supporting public and social impact organizations.
- Regularly attend industry conferences and share learnings with other Industry Practitioners and clients.
- Experience presenting/speaking at industry conferences, hosting industry-focused expert panels, and/or being published in industry publications.
- Set and achieve ambitious 5-year financial targets across diverse markets, focusing on identifying industry trends and growth areas to craft insightful thought leadership and innovative solutions.
- Pinpoint strategic accounts within the industry and collaborate across markets to formulate effective account strategies, actively seeking out target/greenfield accounts and leading negotiations for new Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Play a crucial role in supporting procurement and pricing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the public and social impact industry.
- Cultivate marketing and alliance partnerships to enhance our market presence in the public and social impact sectors.
- Commit to industry learning and development, staying abreast of emerging trends, and fostering alliances to contribute to the continuous growth and success of our organization.

Compensation And Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range for Managing Director is $325,000 to $385,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
