Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, be highly detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in various office software and systems is a plus. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients promptly and professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Microsoft Outlook
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records
- Handle correspondence via email, mail, and other communication channels
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Manage office operations with strong organizational skills, including typing, document preparation, and calendar management
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including task prioritization and time management
Experience
- Prior office experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Experience with front desk duties, phone systems, and office management is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry tools required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills necessary for positive client interactions
- Proven ability to handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management with accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
