Visual Lease

Job Description
The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for empowering and enabling corporate real estate brokers, lease administration teams, and accounting partners to deliver outstanding value to their clients through effective use of our solutions. This role is focused on partner enablement, adoption, and ongoing support, ensuring partners are equipped to succeed, drive customer outcomes, and maximize value from our products. The PSM acts as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting partners in overcoming challenges.
This position will be full-time in the office and will be based in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, focusing on their enablement and success.
- Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs tailored to corporate real estate lease management and lease accounting.
- Develop resources and best practices to help partners position and implement solutions effectively for their clients.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between partners and internal teams (product, engineering, customer success, etc.).
- Help build joint strategic plans and partner scorecards to drive growth and maximize adoption and value derived from our solutions.
Solution Adoption & Customer Success
- Support partners in driving adoption of our technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and success metrics.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create enablement materials and campaigns.
- Assist in organizing partner-focused events, workshops, and webinars to foster learning and engagement.
- Monitor deployment health and customer satisfaction with partner engagements; assess progress, identify risks, and create mitigating strategies.
Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with broker partners, lease admin teams, accounting partners, and customer success teams, becoming a valued resource to the partner.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate challenges and leverage available resources.
- Gather feedback from partners to inform continuous improvement of enablement programs and product enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing reviews of partner projects and create shared action plans for continual growth.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and report on partner enablement activities, solution adoption, and customer success outcomes, providing regular updates to Senior Manager of Customer Success for strategic alignment and performance tracking.
- Track KPIs such as partner engagement, training completion, solution deployment, and client satisfaction.
- Collect partner feedback and share user insights internally to increase overall partner performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, customer success, professional services management, or technology partnerships within SaaS, corporate real estate, lease administration, or lease accounting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret process for corporate real estate workflows, lease management platforms, and accounting solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for partner engagement and events.
- Proven track record of commitment and success in previous employers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree or advanced certifications (i.e. MBA, CPA)
- Experience with real estate technology platforms, lease administration software, and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and enablement platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for learning and helping others succeed.
- Experience presenting complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
