As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at GS1 US, you will help shape long-term recruitment and employer branding strategies, while building a scalable recruitment capacity model to meet evolving staffing needs.

You will lead full-cycle talent acquisition (recruiting)—from needs assessment through onboarding—using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods. You will proactively develop pipelines for frequently open roles and leverage industry networks, associations, and internal referrals.

We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000.

This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are:

You have successfully managed the entire talent acquisition process, from needs assessment to candidate onboarding, consistently delivering results on time and on budget while streamlining processes to introduce structure where needed. You have a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and have been directly involved in candidate selection. You have successfully leveraged Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance recruitment efficiency and support business objectives.

You are skilled at leveraging key metrics and data to drive performance improvements, and you are comfortable managing and interpreting data. Your negotiation and closing abilities are well developed, and you communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. You excel at creative sourcing and networking, consistently thinking outside the box to engage and attract both passive and active candidates. You are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintain a strong customer focus. You work independently and efficiently and are adept at managing up to fifteen open positions simultaneously.

You hold a BS/BA or have equivalent experience, and you bring at least five years of full life-cycle recruiting expertise for both technical roles such as software engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, and scrum master; as well as business roles, including marketing, finance, legal, and customer support.

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with HR leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives and anticipate future workforce needs.

You will lead the candidate experience by managing the company careers website and recruiting social media platforms, ensuring every interaction reflects the organization's commitment to excellence.

Talent Attraction:

  • Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications based on hiring managers' requirements.
  • Build and maintain networks to identify and engage qualified passive candidates.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure that our hiring managers are presented with a qualified and diverse candidate slate.

Employer Branding:

  • Ensure the GS1 US Employer Branding Strategy, as part of our talent attraction focus, inspires and attracts both emerging, experienced and diverse talent.

Reporting and Analytics:

Build a data-driven talent acquisition function with simple but robust processes, including analytics, dashboards, and ATS reporting, and a culture of continuous improvement using data insights to shape our talent acquisition priorities
