Project Manager – Job Description

CSC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects, including road and highway work. You'll collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between vendors, crews, and departments.

  • Maintain organized project files, reports, and schedules.

  • Manage production to stay on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and materials.

  • Prepare budgets, estimates, work timetables, and progress reports.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and testing requirements.

  • Select subcontractors and delegate responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience (civil construction preferred).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
