FLSA status: non-exempt/hourly
Shift details: 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday with some irregular hours outside of normal business hours required.
Salary:$19.50/hr. - $21.49/hr. (Bilingual Spanish) $21.26/hr. - $23.43/hr.)

Job Summary:
This Administrative and Childcare Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of administrative and program coordination duties for Morrison's Prevention and Peer Delivered Services Division. This position ensures smooth operation of these programs through routine office duties as assigned, group and event/training support, and regular coordination with multiple internal Morrison departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk with daily administrative operations of the Division including (but not limited to): accepting deliveries, filing, photocopying/scanning, typing, faxing, data entry, recordkeeping, answering phone, greeting visitors and answering questions
- Manage all aspects of group materials and childcare activities including deliveries for program
- Support virtual and onsite program recruitment efforts for parent education groups
- Support meeting and training logistics, including purchasing food and supplies and coordinating site setup
- Work with Business Coordinator to coordinate parent group needs and childcare support as needed
- Regularly collaborate with the Director of Business Operations, Program Directors, Programs Managers and Business Coordinators
- Provide basic computer and other technical support for program staff
- Coordination with internal Morrison Departments as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces including kitchen, conference room, storage closets, etc.
- Participates in assigned staff meetings, other meetings, and committees with the division's programs
- Assist with special projects identified by the programs
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning and implementing the Sanctuary Model and other organizational policies and practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization.

Required Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two or more years progressive employment experience in an office setting
- Intermediate in using Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, databases and email applications.
- Hold a valid drivers' license and have a personal vehicle, must maintain minimum auto insurance policy
- Knowledge of HIPPA and confidentiality practices
Preferred Position Qualifications: (Additional skills, experience, or education that are not required but would make a candidate especially well-suited for the job).
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, written, read and verbal. Must clear a language proficiency test for Spanish.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records
- Two years' experience working with children and families, preferably in a childcare setting
Other Requirements:
- Able to work shift hours and days, as assigned. Position may require work outside of usual work hours on occasion.
- Able to pass a comprehensive criminal history background investigation
- Travel between program locations
- All other applicable trainings as required with necessary updates and reoccurrences
