About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who will take ownership of our warehouse operations and lead the team day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone who's both hands-on and strategic — someone who can manage people, stay organized under pressure, and use technology to keep things running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for supervising a small team, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and solving problems quickly as they come up. If you enjoy leading people, staying organized, and working with systems that make your job easier, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and shipping of materials
  • Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, maintaining a productive and positive work environment
  • Track and manage inventory accuracy using StoneMar's custom software systems
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments with carriers and customers
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment that meets company and OSHA standards
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Communicate regularly with the Operations Director, providing clear reports and updates on warehouse activities

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
  • Proven success leading a team
  • Experience in the construction materials or building products industry (preferred)
  • Strong computer and technology skills — must be comfortable learning and using custom software
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and workflows
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced, changing environment
