Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced
SSIS/SSRS Developer
to join a high-performance Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
Data Warehousing, ETL strategy, and performance optimization
, along with hands-on expertise in
SSIS and SSRS development
. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ETL processes, improving data quality, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise data systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    SSIS packages
    and
    SSRS reports
    supporting enterprise data warehouse initiatives.
  • Perform
    SQL performance tuning
    and troubleshoot data and integration issues.
  • Analyze and improve existing ETL processes to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with BI and business teams to gather requirements and deliver optimized reporting solutions.
  • Ensure
    data integrity
    and compliance with data management best practices.
  • Write and maintain
    T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and packages
    .

Required Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in
    Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
    and
    Reporting Services (SSRS)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SQL
    ,
    T-SQL
    ,
    stored procedures
    , and
    performance tuning
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Data Warehousing concepts
    ,
    ETL strategy
    , and
    data modeling best practices
    .
  • Experience in
    debugging and optimizing existing ETL solutions

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
