The Courtesy Vehicles Coordinator is responsible for managing the fleet of courtesy vehicles used by customers during vehicle service or repairs. This role involves coordinating vehicle availability, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our courtesy vehicles.

Responsibilities

Fleet Management:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of courtesy vehicles.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for all courtesy vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
  • Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by efficiently assigning courtesy vehicles to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding courtesy vehicle usage.
  • Ensure customers understand the terms and conditions of courtesy vehicle usage.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of courtesy vehicle usage, including customer information and vehicle condition.
  • Prepare reports on courtesy vehicle utilization and performance.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle insurance claims and paperwork related to courtesy vehicle accidents.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of courtesy vehicle policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Experience: 2+ yearsexperience in logistics and operations management. Previous automotive experience in vehicle fleet management preferred.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
  • Ability to drive for extended periods.
