Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm is seeking, a Lending Product Consultant in their St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming calls from advisors related to securities-backed lending and mortgage products.
  • Assess common call types to help identify training and education opportunities for branch teams.
  • Interact professionally with internal associates and advisors to deliver high-quality service aligned with a Service-First mindset.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for general information on new and existing loan inquiries from advisors or branch support staff.
  • Provide guidance on basic loan structures when appropriate.
  • Offer direction on available lending options and escalate to senior lending or mortgage consultants as needed.
  • Promote and build enthusiasm around enhancements to securities-based lending and mortgage platforms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of required forms, systems, and processes for initiating securities-based loan applications or mortgage applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity within the lending team.
  • Manage a shared inbox that includes requests for general product information and inquiries related to new and existing loans. Respond directly when appropriate while looping in senior team members as needed.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Retail banking experience preferred.
  • Client service experience preferred.

Education:

  • Associate degree and a minimum of five (5) years of consumer and/or commercial lending experience.
