Our Winter Internship Program is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity designed for driven college students interested in finance, sales, and entrepreneurship. Over the course of three weeks (December 29th - January 16th), you'll gain real-world experience in commercial lending, client outreach, and financial sales — working directly alongside our senior team in our Wall Street office in Manhattan.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions covering finance, sales, and underwriting fundamentals.
  • Engage directly with potential clients via phone and email to introduce Bluegrass Lending's services and products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored financing solutions.
  • Support senior representatives throughout the sales and closing process.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, communication, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to grow and manage an active client pipeline.

This Position Offers
