Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Test Analyst to support our large-scale ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and automate test scenarios across multiple Oracle Financials Cloud modules. This role blends technical testing expertise with a deep understanding of finance and accounting operations, ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant ERP performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams, develop automation frameworks (preferably using Opkey), lead functional and regression testing, and contribute to continuous process improvement and agile delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, execute, and automate test scripts for Oracle Fusion ERP using Opkey, Selenium, or similar automation tools.


• Perform functional, integration, regression, and negative testing across modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.


• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — define test plans, develop scenarios, execute scripts, and validate outcomes.


• Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.


• Create and maintain requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development.


• Support data validation, control documentation, and governance across financial systems.


• Apply change management principles to guide successful adoption of ERP features and enhancements.


• Partner with development and business teams to align ERP functionality with strategic finance objectives.

Required Qualifications:


• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Applications, specifically Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Projects, Expenses).


• Proven experience with ERP testing and test automation tools such as Opkey, Selenium, or Oracle Test Manager.


• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and system integrations.


• Solid knowledge of data engineering, data mapping, ETL, and data governance concepts.


• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.


• Experience working within Agile frameworks and participating in Scrum ceremonies.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.


• Familiarity with predictive and prescriptive analytics, data mining, and data transformation.


• Experience with Oracle reporting tools — BI Publisher, OTBI, or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).


• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.


• Master's Degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, IT, or Data Analytics) is a plus.
