Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Test/Business Analyst to support our Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. The analyst will focus on authoring, executing, and automating test scenarios across financial modules, ensuring high system reliability, performance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical testing expertise, financial acumen, and data analysis capability, with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules — including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).

This role also involves business process analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, and applying agile methodologiesto deliver effective, data-driven solutions aligned with finance and accounting objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, author, execute, and automate test scripts and scenarios for Oracle Fusion ERP using tools such as Opkey, Selenium, or equivalent.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and negative testing across financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
• Conduct and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — including test planning, execution, validation, and documentation of results.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and test documentation ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to analyze business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of existing systems and processes; identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Create user stories, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria to support agile solution development.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Partner with development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and validated.
• Lead or support change management activities within Finance and Accounting; develop change roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, and communication plans.
• Develop project plans and roadmaps to mitigate risks, remediate control deficiencies, and strengthen financial controls.
• Ensure preventative, detective, and corrective controls are identified, documented, and implemented.
• Serve as a liaison to Finance Leadership for data governance and ERP process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Applications.
• Deep expertise in financial modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data mapping, data integration, data governance, and data warehousingconcepts.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and data transformation techniques.
• Extensive experience with ERP testing and automation tools (e.g., Opkey, Selenium, Oracle Test Manager).
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills, including root cause analysis.
• Proven experience leading or working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Advanced skills in data querying, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database/reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics, data modeling, and data mining.
• Background in cloud computing technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud reporting tools such as:
• Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher)
• Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
• Experience with other financial systems (SAP, Workday) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
