Front Desk Assistant needed to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be extremely organized and efficient and an expert in time management. Must have previous medical office experience and delivers high quality customer service.

Experience with electronic health records required.

New patient scheduler. Greets and arrives patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparation and updates on all medical charting and documentation.

Provides support with the daily activities of a medical office to include scanning, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration and insurance verification.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
