Job Summary:

MilkShake Factory is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our new Palma Sola, Florida team The AGM will support the General Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and guest experience. What You'll Do:

  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage opening and closing duties, cash handling, and inventory control
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and community engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of management experience in restaurant, café, or retail settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality
  • ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
