Responsibilities

• Lead the Entire Business Cycle: Oversee the full client journey, from attracting prospects with strategic digital content to closing high-value partnerships through a consultative sales process.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their career and career goals and positioning our programs as the ideal solution. Your leadership will foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Leverage Proven Systems: Utilize our established digital marketing funnels and communication tools to build a consistent pipeline of high-caliber clients in Florida and beyond.
• Act as a Visionary Leader: Conduct in-depth virtual consultations, guiding clients toward success while positioning yourself as an expert in career and leadership development.
• Grow Your Own Success: As the General Manager of your venture, youll scale your client base and revenue according to your personal vision, financial goals, and desired lifestyle.
