Summary

We are seeking a Dental Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Smyl Manatee in Bradenton, FL. This vital role will support the daily operations of our dental practice while ensuring a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Support financial management activities such as billing and collections.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to maintain a high standard of patient care.
  • Assist with human resources functions including staff training and development.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance office workflow and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical administrative support or similar role within a dental or medical office.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in billing and collections.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate teamwork.
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
