What is the position?

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders. This highly visible role requires superior organizational abilities, discretion, and the capacity to manage fast-paced, dynamic schedules and priorities.

What are the responsibilities?

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives
  • Organize large-scale internal events such as all-hands meetings and team celebrations
  • Prepare executive-level documents, presentations, and reports
  • Arrange frequent travel and handle related logistics and expense submissions
  • Maintain distribution lists and collaboration spaces within Microsoft Teams
  • Support internal and external meeting coordination and communications
  • Assist with office operations including facilities coordination and employee updates
  • Join select executive meetings to document action items and anticipate follow-ups

What are the requirements?

  • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Demonstrated experience with travel planning, expense reporting, and invoice processing
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Copilot tools is a plus
