What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as
    Backend Java Developer
    , with strong expertise in backend development and enterprise-grade application design.
  • Proven hands-on experience in
    Core Java, Java 8/11/17
    , and
    object-oriented programming (OOP)
    principles.
  • Solid understanding of
    Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
    , and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Proficient in building
    RESTful APIs, SOAP services
    , and event-driven systems with
    Kafka/RabbitMQ
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    JPA/Hibernate, JDBC
    , and
    relational databases
    like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Skilled in software design, applying
    SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture
    for building scalable systems.
  • Experience with
    multi-threading, concurrency, asynchronous programming
    , and performance optimization in Java-based applications.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
    , and containerization with
    Docker
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Kubernetes
    for orchestration and deployment of Java microservices in distributed environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with experience in using
    logging and monitoring tools
    such as Log4j, ELK Stack, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Experience with
    unit testing and integration testing frameworks
    like JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and test coverage analysis.
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    such as
    AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Azure (App Services, Functions), or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions)
    for deploying and scaling Java applications.
  • Working knowledge of
    front-end integration
    with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React (nice to have).
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum teams
    , actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
