Role -Enterprise Sales Account Executive (B2B SaaS)
Location: Remote, United States only
Compensation: $180K - $230K + Equity
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive or Enterprise Sales Leader with a strong track record in US B2B SaaS sales. The ideal candidate has experience managing full sales cycles, closing large enterprise deals, and building scalable sales processes for early or growth-stage SaaS companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct impactful demos and pilots to drive client conversions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Mentor and guide junior AEs while helping scale the North America sales organization
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven success in the US market
- Experience handling enterprise deals of 35K USD or more and annual targets of 250K USD or higher
- Prior experience in an early-stage SaaS company with exposure to building repeatable sales motions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong ownership, adaptability, and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual package between$180K - $230K based on experience and performance
- Fully remote role for US-based candidates
