We're looking for a proactive, organized, and caring Personal/Executive Assistant to support our team leader, Kristen, Realtor, Team Leader, Mom, and active community volunteer. If you love helping others stay organized, thrive on variety and are looking for meaningful work that blends business, family, and community impact, we would love to hear from you

What You'll Do Each Week:

  • Manage and prioritize emails - reply to standard ones and flag important messages
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to keep calendars running seamlessly.
  • Support real estate listings with visits, tasks, and seller follow-ups
  • Assist with planning fun events for clients and the community
  • Support recruiting efforts with outreach and follow-up in our CRM
  • Add thoughtful touches such as thank-you notes and small gifts for clients
  • Track tasks and communications in our systems to keep projects moving forward.

Details:

  • Location: San Antonio (Stone Oak / NE area)
  • Hours: Part-time, approx. 20 hours per week (with flexibility)
  • Pay: $23-$25/hour
