Parts & Service Coordinator
Established for over 50 years, Yamazen Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries.

We are seeking a
Parts and Service Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our company—providing outstanding customer support, coordinating parts and service orders, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide customer quotes and process orders, returns, and purchase orders.
  • Track shipments, update customers on order status, and follow up on delivery delays.
  • Create and maintain service estimates, sales orders, and documentation in company systems.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and update schedules to meet customer needs.
  • Assist customers in identifying needed parts using manuals, databases, and internal resources.
  • Keep parts and service areas organized and ensure efficient inventory management.

Qualifications
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 1–2 years of customer service, parts, or service coordination experience (training provided).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Infor Syteline, Zendesk, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn how to read parts diagrams or electrical schematics (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits:
Range: $47-66k

Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
