El Castillo is Santa Fe's premier Life Plan Community, serving residents with excellence and dignity for over 50 years. We provide independent living, assisted living, memory care, and intermediate nursing care, all on one beautifully maintained campus near the heart of downtown.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated, culinary team at La Secoya If you value excellence, high customer service, and working with an amazing team, this could be what you are looking for.

Your Role as an Kitchen Manager at La Secoya

As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

  • Help create and design innovative and seasonal menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of the residents, while maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Manage food purchasing and inventory control to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with high-quality ingredients.
  • Train and supervise kitchen employees, while fostering a positive and collaborative team approach and environement.
  • Work closely with dining services team to coordinate special events, theme nights, and other culinary experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and or GED
  • Current ServeSafe Certification
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen up to 5 years of relatable experience.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
