Position Title: Supply Fulfillment Specialist
Department: Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse and Facilities Manager
Position Summary
The Supply Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of customer supplies, including consumables and other products ordered through The Wilson Group. This role ensures that orders are staged, loaded, and transported safely to client locations. The Supply Delivery employee maintains professionalism during all client interactions and coordinates with warehouse staff, service technicians, and delivery drivers to ensure proper handling, accurate order fulfillment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Stage, load, transport, and install orders safely to ensure proper handling of all items
· Deliver customer supplies, including consumables and other products, to client locations in a timely and accurate manner
· Communicate with clients regarding supply requests, following company procedures, asking appropriate questions to understand client needs, and reporting any requests or issues to management
· Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a professional, courteous manner and representing The Wilson Group appropriately at all times
· Communicate with warehouse, service, and operations teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
· Maintain delivery logs and ensure proper documentation of all orders delivered
· Support warehouse operations as needed, including assisting with staging, loading, and organizing supplies
· Follow all company procedures and safety protocols while handling products and deliveries
· Cross-train in other warehouse functions to support team coverage and professional development
· Perform other duties as assigned to support department and organizational goals

· Collaborative and team-oriented, working well with warehouse staff, service technicians, and other delivery personnel
· Problem-solving skills to address delivery issues or client concerns promptly
· Organizational skills to stage, load, and track supplies accurately
Skills and Qualifications
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks
· Physical ability to lift, move, and transport supplies and consumables safely
· Attention to detail to ensure proper order verification, delivery accuracy, and documentation
· Ability to work independently while managing delivery schedules efficiently
· Organizational skills to stage, load, and track supplies accurately
· Basic understanding of office equipment and the ability to install toner when requested
· Team-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with warehouse staff, service technicians, and other delivery personnel
Work Location
This position is based at The Wilson Group, located at 147 Delta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, and involves daily travel to client sites throughout the service area. The role operates in various office and equipment environments, requiring flexibility and the ability to respond to client needs.

Pay: $43,680.00 per year
