Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our CRM & Loyalty Programs team supporting Freebirds World Burrito, Taco Bueno, and Uncle Julio's. This ground-floor opportunity will focus on optimizing loyalty programs and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn while supporting digital engagement strategies that build customer loyalty.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

The Marketing Coordinator will support CRM & Loyalty platform operations and assist in campaign execution across email, SMS, and app channels. This role will collaborate with IT, Analytics, and Marketing teams on platform updates, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve customer engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will monitor program performance, conduct A/B testing, and compile insights to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities also include coordinating marketing campaigns through content calendars, assisting with copywriting, graphic design, and asset creation, analyzing customer data for trends, and preparing reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of CRM management, loyalty programs, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and targeted campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design and copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
