About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Landscape Foreman to lead a mowing crew for residential and commercial properties. This role is hands on and leadership focused, responsible for delivering clean, consistent results while keeping crews efficient, safe, and professional. This position also supports snow operations during the winter season as part of our year round services.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and taking ownership of their route and crew.
What You Will Do
Mowing and Property Maintenance
- Lead daily mowing operations for residential and commercial properties
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to company standards
- Ensure properties are left clean, consistent, and professional after each visit
- Identify and report property issues or maintenance concerns
Crew Leadership
- Lead and support a mowing crew in the field
- Train crew members on proper mowing techniques, safety, and efficiency
- Keep crews on schedule and routes running smoothly
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment
Quality and Safety
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company procedures
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer care
Client Interaction
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team leadership as needed
- Represent the company positively on every property
General Responsibilities
- Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment to company standards
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment
- Assist with seasonal operations including snow and ice management services
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial or residential mowing and landscape maintenance
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong understanding of mowing techniques, turf care basics, and equipment operation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lead a crew, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Commitment to quality, safety, and consistency
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons, including winter conditions
Bonus Experience
- Experience managing mowing routes or schedules
- Mechanical knowledge related to mowers and small equipment
- Experience with snow operations
