Nino Development has partnered with a leading General Contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of commercial ground-up projects valued anywhere from $10MM - $40MM in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Project Types: Retail, Office Buildings, Hotels, Multifamily, Schools

Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety and site cleanliness, while implementing and effectively managing Company's safety policies and procedures
  • Organize and layout project site logistics
  • Oversee execution of the Punch Lists
  • Managed and publish subcontractor schedule on a weekly basis
  • Review subcontractor meetings

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of drawings and specifications
  • Experienced with Procore and any other related construction software
  • OSHA 10 and/or 30 Certification
  • Ground-up project experience required
