Smart Way Communications, a subsidiary of Lauren International, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a great team and help grow the MSP sales.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our MSP services. This role requires someone who is consultative, self-motivated, and comfortable working with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and recommend tailored MSP solutions (cloud services, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, network management, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
  • Deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity (preferred, but not required).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline and meet sales goals.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50, $150,000.00 per year
