Senior Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (some overtime for company functions)
AppleOne has partnered with a prestigious private equity firm seeking a professional, proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic environment. You will provide essential support to the Executive Assistant and Partners onsite, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support Executive Assistant:
Handle scanning, mail sorting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Support Partners:
Manage Outlook calendars for Partners and employees.
Prepare expense reports in Certify.
Cross-train on producing and printing reports in Adobe PDF.
Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks.
Telephone & Reception:
Answer Partner phone lines.
Cover reception desk when needed and assist guests with parking validation.
Office Coordination:
Assist with new employee onboarding, parking arrangements, and building communications.
Order lunches and help with setup for meetings and events.
Monitor conference room calendars.
Shipping & Deliveries:
Print labels for FedEx, UPS, and Eclipse Messenger Service.
Office Ordering:
Order toner, office supplies, and kitchen items.
