Payroll Administrator
to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:

  • Process payroll for about 235 employees and run payroll/benefit administration reports.
  • Handle multi-state payroll processing, including compliance with CA, AZ, and CO regulations.
  • Process garnishments, manage time and attendance systems, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Leverage timekeeping systems on Paycom for accurate payroll tracking.
  • Support payroll reporting and analytics using Advanced Excel tools (e.g., Pivot Tables).
  • Partner with internal departments on payroll-related matters and support year-end reporting.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices.
  • Experience with garnishment processing, journal entries, and Paycom systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, payroll/timekeeping, accounting, and tax preparation software.
  • Demonstrated management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide professional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
