Work-life balance is important As the dealership grows so do the pockets of our Service Sales Associates They generally earn anywhere from $6,000 - $12,000 a month, and that's the norm Summary:the Service Advisor acts as liaison for Service Technicians and customers. Our associates are our most valuable resource and growth is encouraged through diligence, teamwork & creativity. In this position, you'll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in providing our customers with great customer relations. As a Service Advisor you would explain the Technician's recommendations and suggest services to keep the customer's vehicle in top condition. Are you ready for a change? Pay Scale:Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.
