Work-life balance is important As the dealership grows so do the pockets of our Service Sales Associates They generally earn anywhere from $6,000 - $12,000 a month, and that's the norm Summary:the Service Advisor acts as liaison for Service Technicians and customers. Our associates are our most valuable resource and growth is encouraged through diligence, teamwork & creativity. In this position, you'll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in providing our customers with great customer relations. As a Service Advisor you would explain the Technician's recommendations and suggest services to keep the customer's vehicle in top condition. Are you ready for a change? Pay Scale:Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. Perks and Benefits: Employer Paid LifeAdditional Employee Life Insurance optionsMedical > HRA / HMO optionsDental > PPO / DHMO optionsVisionShort Term Disability optionsLong Term Disability optionsEmployee TrainingEmployee Discounts401(K) optionsEmployee Assistance ProgramsPaid Time OffResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; entering RO into service database system.Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost, and/or a minimal diagnostic fee with explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information, and secure client authorization of repair or service.Perform a thorough redelivery process, ensuring all client needs have been met, client understands all services performed, and answer any questions that may arisePerform customer service duties such as answer phones, scheduling appointments (where needed), and calling customers to update them on repair status, or to follow up after repairs are completedDevelop rapport with clients leading to lasting relationshipsLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance.Obtain payment for repair orders daily and close out repair orders.Expectations: Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.Must have customer service experienceStrong character and work ethicStrong listening and verbal communication skillsStrong focus and desire to achieve sales goalsDependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitudeSelf-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independentlyWhy Future Toyota??
