Job Overview

Caring For All Healthcare is a home care agency serving Metro Atlanta.

We help seniors and adults with disabilities live safely and independently at home through personalized, compassionate care.

We're expanding and looking for a motivated, experienced Healthcare Marketer who can build referral relationships, generate new client leads, and represent our brand with excellence in the community.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabs, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers
  • Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new client referrals
  • Track referral activity and report weekly results to management
  • Represent Caring For All Healthcare at community events, expos, and networking meetings
  • Collaborate with our intake team to ensure timely onboarding of new clients

Experience

  • Proven experience in home care, hospice, or home health marketing (minimum 1 year)
  • Existing referral relationships in Metro Atlanta preferred
  • Reliable transportation and professional appearance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives on results and community connection

Compensation

  • Base + Commission or Commission-Only (depending on experience)
  • Average commission: $500–$1,500 per new client referral
  • Monthly bonuses for consistent performance
  • Flexible schedule and independent work style
