Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director of Business Applications to own and build our business systems strategy and execution. This leader will drive our Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives to ensure seamless integration, automation, and scalability. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic vision with day-to-day execution, and will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success to create a unified, data-driven backbone for the business. This role is highly visible, highly strategic, and has a unique opportunity to meaningfully impact the future of ELLKAY.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformation, including use of Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, LinkSquares and integrated systems.
- Collaborate extensively with functional and technical leaders (Sales, Rev Ops, Finance, Delivery, Product) on workflows improvements that drive an efficient Quote-to-Cash process. This may include streamlining workflows, optimizing existing technologies, and building or acquiring new solutions.
- Advocate for and build a high-performing Business Applications team (internal and external resources), while remaining hands-on in solution design and execution.
- Lead the data and reporting strategy for the Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring information is captured, structured, and leveraged for business insights, while driving alignment with stakeholders and guiding decisions on tools, partners, and organizational readiness.
- Establish system architecture, integration strategy, and data governance standards that support scale and ensure data consistency.
- Be a change agent to drive and influence effective change management. Leverage executive relationships when necessary. Collaborate with senior leadership and project management office on driving success.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and best-practice solutions. Be a strategic advisor to ensure requirements are discussed with an open mindset and with scale in mind.
- Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness and system performance.
- Have an AI-first mindset.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technology solutions to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience successfully delivering cross-functional business system transformation projects, especially quote-to-cash.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ in a team lead, product owner, administrator, or consultant role.
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT industry, preferably with SaaS businesses.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrations with third-party SaaS tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ Specialist) helpful.
- Experience with NetSuite ZoneBilling helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of third-party integrators such as Zapier, Mulesoft helpful but not required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
