What you'll do

  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Utilize your knife skills for efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in catering events, ensuring high-quality service and meal delivery.
  • Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

  • Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques.
