Position Overview:

Nuvana RV Park is seeking a visionary Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to lead our branding and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our founding team, the CCO will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to elevate the Nuvana brand and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, and marketing, with a passion for innovation and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development: Define and communicate the Nuvana brand identity, values, and voice across all channels.

  2. Creative Strategy: Develop comprehensive creative strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.

  3. Graphic Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, and digital assets.

  4. Brand Collateral: Design and produce branded merchandise and promotional items to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

5. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website.

  1. Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all creative initiatives.

  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

  5. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing, applying insights to enhance the Nuvana brand and customer experience.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, branding, and creative direction, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across print, digital, and experiential platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects and priorities with grace and agility.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute across various areas of the business.
    • Equity-based compensation structure, with no salary until funding secured from investors.
    • Must be open to remote work with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
