The Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work directly with the Founder/CEO to scale our operations, improve profitability, and streamline systems across departments.

You'll take ownership of process, people, and performance — helping transform our marketing engine into a fully optimized organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage daily operations across departments (Marketing, Intake, Compliance, Admin, Data).
  • Develop and implement SOPs, KPI dashboards, and accountability systems for every department.
  • Oversee campaign metrics: lead volume, cost-per-acquisition, ROI, and CPA tracking.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate team leads; conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews.
  • Optimize CRM and workflow systems and implement better fitted systems (LeadDocket, RingCentral, Slack, etc.).
  • Prepare executive-level performance reports for law-firm and partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–10+ years of senior operations experience (preferably in marketing, legal, or professional services).
  • Track record of scaling multi-department organizations of 10–50+ employees.
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, and campaign P&Ls.
  • CRM and automation experience a must (Leaddocket, Zapier, or similar).
  • Excellent communicator who can lead, delegate, and execute efficiently.
  • Strategic yet hands-on — thrives in fast-moving, results-oriented environments.
