As a member of the Customer Success team, you will design, execute, and implement cutting-edge planning solutions for clientsYou will be responsible for institutionalizing data-driven insights and recommendations, translating analytics into actionable strategies.The ideal candidate will have experience with large datasets, enjoy building relationships with stakeholders, and thrive in solving complex business problems through data and analytics, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.This role will involve understanding client businesses, generating insights, developing recommendations, and presenting these to clients and their management. You will also communicate strategy, delivery plans, and ensure alignment across teams while mitigating potential risks and escalations.The ideal candidate will need deep expertise in concepts of Demand Forecasting, Data driven Supply Planning, S&OP and S&OE processes, Promotional Analytics, and Business Product Management, and will be responsible for end-to-end client delivery and stakeholder engagementComfortable navigating ambiguity and change, adapting solutions in evolving business environments.Demonstrated experience in cross-functional programs, working with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Experience working on global projects and operating within a global delivery model, coordinating effectively across diverse teams and time zones.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading client workstreams, building strong relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders to design and execute roadmaps that drive business outcomes.Drive expansion of client workstreams through demos of solution built, review of how solutions-built fits client needs and driving gap assessmentsEnsuring alignment between the client and internal teams by clearly communicating strategy, delivery plans, and proactively addressing potential risks.Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner providing thought leadership and strategic guidance.Leverage the global delivery model by working with cross-cultural teams.Lead and manage the delivery of Demand/Supply Planning and related programs for clientSupport Business development initiatives, ensuring timely follow-through working with internal stakeholdersBeing a MathemagicianEmbody MathCo's culture and way of working.Demonstrate ownership and strive for excellence in delivering results.Actively engage and contribute to initiatives fostering company growth.Support diversity and appreciate different perspectives.Required QualificationsProven track record managing enterprise SaaS implementation projects, in supply chain planning, forecasting, or replenishment solutions.6-9 years of experience in project leadership, program management, or consulting with large-scale CPG clients in planning solutions.Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, replenishment).Exceptional communication, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience managing budgets >$1M and leading cross-functional delivery teams.PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related fieldWork Arrangement:This is a client-facing, on-site role based in Atlanta.The candidate must be willing to work at the client's office as required.RecognitionsPositioned as a Leader in Top Generative AI Service Providers – PeMa Quadrant 2023 by AIMResearch.Recognized among Inspiring Workplaces in North America, 2023.Accredited for Inclusive Practices by Great Place to Work Institute, India.Recognized among India's Best Workplaces for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging 2023 by Great Place To Work India.For more information, please visit ourwebsite.
