Summary:

A global IT services company is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the hiring process for contractors across multiple IT projects. This role is responsible for resume review, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication among staffing agencies, hiring managers, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews for technical positions
  • Coordinate interview schedules with technical teams
  • Maintain candidate records and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assist with offer management and onboarding communications
  • Prepare reports and provide status updates to hiring managers and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, data security, and privacy standards
  • Participate in internal and client meetings as required
  • Perform occasional physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 10–25 pounds
  • Carry out other duties as assigned based on project needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT roles such as helpdesk, IT support, or IT engineering
  • Basic knowledge of programming and application development
  • Familiarity with IT concepts and technical role terminology
  • Foundational knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms is a plus
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
