Administrative Assistant/Coordinator

Technical Group, Inc. is an Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering firm along with its sister company On Site Management, a General Contracting, and Construction Management company are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Receptionist and administrative experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus (not necessary)
- Exceptional attention to detail and project follow through
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and email and direct to appropriate internal resource
- Multi-task (i.e., perform administrative tasks, answer phones)
- Update internal folders
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with material ordering, scheduling, and quantity take-offs
- Perform standard administrative duties, such as copying, scanning, filing and processing forms
- Updates to company's social media
