Technical Group, Inc. is an Architectural, Interior Design, Engineering firm along with its sister company On Site Management, a General Contracting, and Construction Management company are looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator.

Qualifications:

  • Receptionist and administrative experience
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus (not necessary)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project follow through
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and email and direct to appropriate internal resource
  • Multi-task (i.e., perform administrative tasks, answer phones)
  • Update internal folders
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with material ordering, scheduling, and quantity take-offs
  • Perform standard administrative duties, such as copying, scanning, filing and processing forms
  • Updates to company's social media
