Production Supervisor – Commercial Roofing (Salt Lake City, UT)

Join a fast-growing, industry-leading roofing contractor with a 20-year track record of excellence across the Western U.S. D-7 Roofing is looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations within our Commercial Roofing Division in the Salt Lake City region.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and knows how to lead teams safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and schedule crews for commercial roofing projects
  • Ensure all work meets d-7's high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for project teams, builders, and clients
  • Attend external and internal pre-construction meetings
  • Monitor and manage labor budgets, productivity, and performance
  • Identify issues early and collaborate with team members to solve problems fast
  • Work with our Team to understand project scope and system details

What You Bring

  • Construction experience required, roofing experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership or crew management background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects at once
