We're growing 5StarSmiles is seeking an experienced, high-level Dental Laboratory Technician to join our in-house laboratory. About the Role

As a Dental Laboratory Technician at 5StarSmiles, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our lab, ensuring top-quality production while continuously improving processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create esthetic, functional dental restorations with a focus on custom smile design cases.
  • Manage supply inventories and perform routine maintenance on lab equipment.
  • Collaborate with prescribing doctors and fellow technicians.
  • Maintain detailed records of processes and adhere to industry safety and regulatory standards.
  • Design and fabricate restorations including PFM, Emax, Zirconia, and implants (anterior/posterior).
  • Handle abutment and tissue design for optimal restorative outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in porcelain work with a strong artistic eye and consistent high-quality results.
  • Start-to-finish skills in ceramics, including custom shading under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of lab procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Professional demeanor and collaborative team mindset.
  • Expertise in CAD/CAM, including both 3Shape and exocad.
  • Full-arch implant knowledge, including MUA systems and component platforms.
  • Familiarity with various implant manufacturers and scan bodies.
  • Strong understanding of infection control and dental/medical terminology.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and solve problems independently.
  • Previous experience in a dental lab environment strongly preferred.
