The primary function of this role is to support inbound logistics, dock-to-dock inventory location control, and outbound logistics. The position requires working closely with the inventory control system (Legacy system) and supporting customer equipment quotations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Staying updated on all PSI Program changes and maintaining compliance with Anexo 24 and Article 303 to avoid penalties, fines, or loss of import privileges.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with the U.S. Warehouse, Shipping Department, and Freight Companies to ensure timely pickups and proper import/export documentation.
  • Updating PSI database with accurate cost information for raw materials.
  • Maintaining daily reports for all import/export movements, including departure/arrival times and red-light inspections.
  • Monitoring all import/export shipments from origin to destination and keeping all stakeholders informed (Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Supervisor, Plant Manager).
  • Maintaining strict control of truck safety seals in compliance with C-TPAT requirements.
  • Preparing import/export equipment reports for the Accounting Department, including monthly statistics (SECON) and annual operational reports.
  • Inspecting products based on quality checklists, reporting discrepancies, and recording inventory transactions.
  • Performing routine adjustments to machines or systems in the work area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and understand routine written procedures, notices, and bulletins.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Prior logistics or inventory experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
